I love cats - they make such appealing models

These three cows were painted as a commission for clients who farm in Devon. They have grown fond of their herd of Red Ruby catttle, hence the commission. Original sold, prints available.

These two chickens lived in an orchard near our old home in Somerset. This image shows them basking in the summer sunshine. The original is sold, but "Standing Guard" is available as a greetings card or a small open edition print.

Walking past a field one day I noticed these cows watching from under the shade of an oak tree. I was drawn by their innocent curiosity, and the dappled sunlight on their backs provided an interesting contrast to the shade.
