"I'm 82, but still retain a fair amount of sanity after being long retired from the crazy (and once exciting) world of advertising.  This is thanks to a purposeful re-kindling of the challenges of painting that I once enjoyed in my art school days.  It began with watercolours - now it's oils and acrylics.  But on seeing the first of a series of illustrated articles by Vivien in the March issue of the SAA newsletter "Paint", I was enthralled by her techinque and quickly enrolled on one of her e-workshop courses.  The successful result was far above my expectations and proof positive that one is definitely never too old to learn.  Thank you Viv!".
